Data Available to Everyone, Everywhere, All the Time

Governments at all levels tend to experiment with new technologies, data, and services by letting 1,000 pilot projects bloom. Many of those pilot projects are in the same or similar geographic areas creating massive inequality and inequity. Some have massive amounts of data and information; others have almost nothing. Apricity plans to shine a light on these practices and recommend which data sets should be available to everyone, everywhere, all the time. Apricity also plans to lead foresight activities, including expanding the approaches and data necessary for identifying the key trends and for identifying the related sensitivities, probabilities, and confidence intervals. Other planned activities include pilot programs such as hack-a-thons, simulations, and data attribution labels/systems.
